What's inside my letter?

Every month, you'll receive a 5x7 postcard/art print, stickers in a format that changes month to month (sheets, washi, die-cuts...), a heartfelt letter written by me, and some other ephemeral goodies (recipe cards, bookmarks, functional inserts, extra prints...), all tied together around a theme that changes every month. It will always be just as many items; the exact mix changing is part of the fun.

What is Coollecting Post?

A lighter way to join the club! Coollecting Post includes the monthly postcard/art print and my letter to you. Same original art, same theme, same love, just a smaller envelope. Perfect if you want the heart of the club without the full stack.

How much does the membership cost?

• Full membership: $11/month (US) · $12.50/month (international)

• Coollecting Post: $7/month (US) · $8.50/month (international)

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, anytime before your next billing date, no hard feelings. Cancelling stops future charges, but payments already made (including prepaid multi-month plans) aren't refundable.

Shipping & Delivery

The Mail Club

Can I gift a membership?

Absolutely! Just use the shipping information of whoever you would like to gift it to during checkout!

When will my letter ship?

Letters ship by the 5th of each month. The membership works in cycles; if you sign up by 11:59 pm EST on the last day of the month, your first letter ships by the 5th. If you sign up after that, your first letter goes out the following month. For example, if you sign up on February 2nd, your first letter ships by March 5th.

When will my letter arrive?

Counting from the ship date:

• US members: 1–3 weeks

• International members: 3–6 weeks
  
  

These are estimates. USPS and international carriers can vary, and letters very often arrive right at the end of the window (or fashionably after).

Why is there no tracking?

All letters are sent with a stamp through USPS to keep shipping affordable for everyone. Unfortunately, that option doesn't include tracking, so sit tight, it's on its way! That's the spirit of the club, after all: real snail mail: a way to slow down, wait for something handmade, and feel the little thrill of finding it in your mailbox.

What should I do if my letter doesn't arrive?

If your delivery window has fully passed (3 weeks for US members, 6 weeks for international members, counting from the ship date) and your letter still hasn't arrived, please reach out at hello@coollecting.com or through the contact form, and I'll make it right!

The Shop

I'm moving! How do I update my address?

Please update your shipping address in your account by the 1st of the month. That's when I pull my address list, and I'm unable to change it after that. Letters are sent to the address on file, so this one's important!

Can I order past months?

Yes! Past editions are available as a one-time purchase in our shop. Members always have priority, so past editions become available after a cycle ends and all letters have been sent. Whatever remains goes up in the shop for a limited time, if and when available in stock!

When do shop orders ship?

Shop orders are packed and shipped separately from monthly club mail, within 5 business days of your order. How they travel depends on what you order: flat items that fit in an envelope go out just like club mail (USPS First Class, stamp and all, no tracking), so the same delivery windows apply: 1–3 weeks US, 3–6 weeks international, from the day they ship. Orders with items that need more room ship as a package, and you'll see the shipping details for those at checkout.

I'm a member, and I placed a shop order. Will they ship together?

No, shop orders and club mail ship separately, so your shop order doesn't wait for the monthly mailing (and your club letter doesn't wait for your shop order!).

Can I share photos of my letters online?

Please do!! I love seeing your unboxings, journal spreads, and everything you make. Tag me @coollectingclub so I can see it! The only thing I ask: please don't scan, reproduce, or sell copies of the artwork. Every design is protected by copyright and formally registered, and this little club is how I make my living. These items are made for you, and my hope is that they stay with people who love them.

One more thing, I do not authorize my artwork, designs, or writing to be uploaded to, used with, or fed into any generative AI platform for any purpose, including training, style imitation, or image generation. Please keep my art human-made, the way it arrived in your mailbox.

Art & sharing

Can I return or exchange a shop order?

Because everything is handmade, made in small batches, and often no longer in production, all shop sales are final. That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email me at hello@coollecting.com within 14 days with a photo, and I'll absolutely make it right.
