When will my letter ship?

Letters ship by the 5th of each month. The membership works in cycles; if you sign up by 11:59 pm EST on the last day of the month, your first letter ships by the 5th. If you sign up after that, your first letter goes out the following month. For example, if you sign up on February 2nd, your first letter ships by March 5th.

What's inside my letter?

Every month, you'll receive a postcard or art print, sticker sheets or a sticker pack, a handwritten letter, and some other ephemeral goodies, all tied together around a theme that changes every month.

Why is there no tracking?

All letters are sent with a stamp through USPS to keep shipping affordable for everyone. Unfortunately, that option doesn't include tracking, so sit tight, it's on its way!

Is the artwork original?

Yes! Every single item, from the postcard to the sticker sheets, is illustrated and designed by me. If you'd like a peek behind the scenes, head over to the About page.

Can I order past months?

Yes! Past editions are available as a one-time purchase in our shop. Members always have priority, so past editions become available after a cycle ends and all letters have been sent. Whatever remains goes up in the shop for a limited time — no restocks!

What should I do if my letter doesn't arrive?

If your letter hasn't arrived after 2 weeks (US members) or 4–6 weeks (international members), please reach out and I'll make it right! You can contact me at hellocoollecting@gmail.com or the contact form on our website.
