These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of and purchases from Brazuca Studio LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company, doing business as Coollecting ("the Company," "we," "us"). "Coollecting" is a registered trademark of the Company. The Company operates the Coollecting Club monthly mail subscription and the Coollecting shop. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Plans & Pricing

1.1. The Company offers the following monthly membership plans:

• Full Membership: US $11.00/month. International $12.50/month

• Coollecting Post: U$ 7.00/month. International $8.50/month
  
  Discounted 3-, 6-, and 12-month prepaid plans are available at rates displayed at checkout.
  
  

1.2. Existing Subscriptions. Members with an active subscription retain the monthly rate in effect at the time they subscribed. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing for all memberships, including existing subscriptions, with a minimum of 30 days' advance written notice to the email address on file. Continued subscriptions after the effective date of a price change constitute acceptance of the new rate.

1.3. If a member cancels and later re-subscribes, the re-subscription is a new membership at then-current pricing. Prior rates are not reinstated.

1.4. All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, where required, are the member's responsibility.

2. Billing & Cancellation

2.1. Memberships renew each billing cycle automatically via our payment processor (Stripe) until cancelled.

2.2. Members may cancel at any time before their next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund charges already processed.

2.3. Payments already processed are non-refundable, including for prepaid multi-month plans, except where required by law or at the Company's discretion.

2.4. The monthly signup deadline is the last day of each month at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Members enrolled by the deadline receive the following month's edition.

3.Monthly Edition Contents

3.1. Each Full Membership edition includes:

• One 5x7 art print/postcard featuring original artwork;

• Stickers, in a format that varies by edition (which may include sticker sheets, washi, or die-cut stickers)

• A personal letter; and

• Additional inserts that vary by edition (such as recipe cards, bookmarks, functional inserts, or extra prints).

3.2. Each Coollecting Post edition includes:

• One 5x7 postcard/artprint and
• A personal letter

3.3. Themes, item formats, designs, and the specific mix of additional inserts vary each month at the Company's sole creative discretion. Variation in item formats between editions does not constitute a deficiency or grounds for a refund. Photographs of past editions are illustrative of style and quantity, not a guarantee of specific contents.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Editions ship via USPS First Class Mail on or around the 5th of each month. Shipping may occasionally vary; changes are communicated by email.

4.2. First Class Mail does not include tracking for either US or International Shipments.

4.3. Estimate delivery windows, measured from the ship date:

• United States: 1-3 weeks
• International: 3-8 weeks

4.4. Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery is performed by USPS and destination postal carriers and is outside the Company's control. The company is not liable for carrier delays.

4.5 Address accuracy. Members are responsible for maintaining a current shipping address in their account. Address changes must be made by the 1st of each month to apply to that month's mailing. Editions mailed to the address on file are considered fulfilled; the Coollecting is not responsible for editions sent to an outdated or incorrect address, though a replacement may be offered at the Company's discretion. Additional costs may apply.

4.6. International Shipments. Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility. International delivery may be additionally delayed by customs processing.

5. Missing Mail & Replacements

5.1. If an edition has not arrived by the end of the applicable delivery window in Section 4.3, the member may contact the Company at hello@coollecting.com to request a replacement.

5.2. Replacement requests are accepted only after the delivery window has fully elapsed.

5.3. Replacements are provided at the Company's expense as a courtesy, limited to one replacement per member per edition, and subject to availability of edition materials.

5.4. Replacements of shipments affected by an incorrect or outdated address on file are governed by Section 4.5, not this Section.

6. Shop Orders

6.1 The Company's shop offers individual items and bundles from past club editions, as well as other original stationery goods, all subject to availability. Past edition items are offered in remaining quantities only and are not restocked; other shop items may be restocked at the Company's discretion.

6.2. Shop orders are processed and shipped separately from monthly membership mailings, within 5 business days of purchase. Shop orders do not follow the monthly membership shipping schedule.

6.3. Shipping fees for shop orders are calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping method depends on the contents of the order: orders consisting of flat items suitable for envelope mailing ship via USPS First Class Mail without tracking, and the delivery windows in Section 4.3 apply from the date of dispatch; orders containing items that require it ship as a package via the carrier and service indicated at checkout, with delivery estimates and any tracking availability as stated at checkout.

6.4. All sales final. Because shop items are handmade, produced in limited quantities, and often no longer in production, all shop sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted, except as provided in Section 6.5 or where required by law.

6.5. Damaged or incorrect items. If a shop order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the member must notify the Company at hello@coollecting.com within 14 days of delivery, including photographs. The Company will, at its discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.

6.6. Sections 4.5 (address accuracy) and 4.6 (international shipments) apply equally to shop orders. Section 5 (missing mail) applies to shop orders shipped as letter mail, measured from the dispatch date. For orders shipped as packages, missing mail inquiries follow the delivery estimate stated at checkout.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All artwork, designs, illustrations, written content, and product concepts are the exclusive property of the Company, protected by US and international copyright law, and registered where applicable.

7.2. Membership or purchase grants personal, non-commercial use of physical items only. No license is granted to reproduce, scan, digitize, distribute, or commercially exploit any artwork or design. Items are sold for personal enjoyment and are not intended for commercial redistribution. In connection with any transfer of a physical item, no person may use the Company's product photography, trademarks, or brand names in a manner that suggests affiliation with, sponsorship by, or origin from the Company.

7.3. The Company's works are protected by copyright and are the subject of formal registrations, including with the United States Copyright Office and the Brazilian INPI. "Coollecting" is a registered trademark of the Company. The Company actively enforces its rights.

7.4. Generative AI prohibition. The Company does not authorize and expressly prohibits the use of its artwork, designs, or written content in connection with any artificial intelligence or machine learning system. This includes, without limitation: uploading, inputting, or otherwise providing any work to a generative AI platform; using any work to train, fine-tune, or develop AI models or datasets; and using any work to prompt, condition, or generate imitations, derivatives, or style reproductions. Any such use constitutes unauthorized reproduction and infringement of the Company's rights.

8. Survey Giveaway

8.1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Completing the survey constitutes entry.

8.2. Entry period: July 18th, 2026 through July 24th, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Open to individuals 18 years or older. Void where prohibited.

8.3. One winner will be selected at random from eligible completed survey responses and notified by email within 7 days of the close date. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, an alternate winner may be drawn.

8.4. Prize: one (1) twelve-month membership credit per winner, applied to the winner's own membership or transferable as a gift to another person. No cash value; not redeemable for cash.

8.5. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. This giveaway is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with any social media platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

9.1. The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

10. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
