The Coollecting Membership

Coollecting is a monthly subscription club that delivers a curated letter to your door each month. Here’s what you need to know:

• Each monthly letter includes a postcard or art print, sticker sheets or sticker pack, a handwritten letter, and other ephemeral goodies — all centered around a monthly theme.

• The contents of each letter are curated by Coollecting and are the same for all members. You cannot select or customize which items you receive.

• All artwork, illustrations, and printed materials are original works created by Coollecting.

• Coollecting reserves the right to make substitutions to included items when necessary, while maintaining the overall quality and value of the letter.
  
  

Subscription & Billing

• Your subscription is billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize Coollecting to charge your payment method each month until you cancel.

• Membership works in monthly cycles. If you subscribe by 11:59pm EST on the last day of the month, your first letter will ship by the 5th of the following month. If you subscribe after that cutoff, your first letter will ship the month after that.

• For example: if you subscribe on February 28th, your first letter ships by March 5th. If you subscribe on March 1st, after the cutoff, your first letter ships by April 5th.

• All prices are listed in USD. Coollecting reserves the right to update subscription pricing with advance notice to current members.
  
  

Shipping

• All letters ship by the 5th of each month via USPS letter stamp postage. This method keeps shipping costs affordable for members worldwide.

• Tracking is not included. Once your letter is in the mail, we are unable to track its progress. Please allow sufficient delivery time before reaching out.

• Estimated delivery times: within the United States, please allow up to 2 weeks. For international members, delivery can take between 4–6 weeks depending on your country.

• International shipping is included in the subscription price. However, any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply in your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Coollecting is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances outside our control. If your letter has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out at hellocoollecting@gmail.com.
  
  

Cancellations & Skipping

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

• If you would like to skip or pause a month, please send us a message at hellocoollecting@gmail.com before the last day of the month, and we’ll take care of it for you.

• Coollecting does not offer refunds for letters that have already shipped or for months where the cutoff date has already passed.
  
  

Refunds & Damaged Items

• Due to the curated and subscription nature of our letters, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

• If your letter arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hellocoollecting@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we will do our best to make it right.

• Coollecting is not responsible for items lost in transit due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address when subscribing. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hellocoollecting@gmail.com.
  
  

Intellectual Property

All content on coollecting.com — including artwork, illustrations, designs, photography, text, and branding — is the original work of Coollecting and is protected by copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, copy, sell, redistribute, or use any Coollecting content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

• Items received in your monthly letter are for personal use only and may not be resold or reproduced.

Coollecting reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or subscription after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
